I received a call at my place of employment to verify the shipping address. I really appreciate someone taking the time to do so. Since my billing address is a PO box, many times I must have purchases shipped to my place of business. However, there were instances when the ordered was canceled because the shipping address differs from the billing (without prior notification).

This is the first time I ordered from Mondera. If this is an example of the quality of your service, it won't be the last.
